Warranty and Builder Foreclosure

Your 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty May Still be Covering Your Home!

If you purchased a home least than 10 years ago, the structural part of your warranty may still be in effect. If you purchase a home using FHA Financing, there is a good chance that your builder issued a 2-10 Homebuyers’ Warranty on your home. If that is the case, you may be in luck.

2-10 Home Buyer Warranty is an insurance backed company. Even if the builder goes out of business, the warranty company would remain in tack. 2-10 Appears to be solid. As of now anyway!

If you suspect you are having structural problems, get a hold of the company as soon as possible. Make sure you have your warranty number when you contact the company. If you do not have that warranty number, contact warrantee administration at 702-747-6000. With warranty administration, you will need the property address.

Do not put this off for another day. Time is of the essence. Below you will find some contact information for 2-10 HBW. If you need additional information, give my office a call. We will be happy to assist you in any way we can. 770-598-3240. Click here for the 2-10 HBW Request for service webpage. Or, call 800-775-4736 to speak to a representative on weekends, after hours and Holidays.

Be ready and you'll be lucky!
